Croputation exists to close the gap between the general public and advances in AI, spreading the abundance of technology. For many sectors, it is no longer a matter of how small and fast we can make the chips, but how we can take real data and make informed decisions using existing AI systems. We are at the pre-seed prototype stage, developing total automation solutions with farms in Northern New Mexico.
Founder Michael Saccone, fresh out of a physics PhD, designed and patented a new chip design for neuromorphic (brain-like) computing while working at Los Alamos National Lab. He quickly realized that his field was full of solutions in search of problems! Drawing from his experience as an aquatic systems specialist and agricultural upbringing in the Garlic Capital of the World, Gilroy, he formed Croputation, looking to create a system of AI supported farming that’s profitable in small spaces.
